I have picked up Cov. & Esch. on several occasions but have yet to buy it. How highly would you recommend it, keeping in mind there is a lot of good stuff out there cyring to be read?

Horton’s book is a helpful contribution to the subject of theological method. While I would recommend the book, it is not for the beginner (which I am positive you are not). Horton interacts with a number of thinkers and schools of thought, which requires the reader to have an informed understanding of various disciplines (e.g., historical theology, philosophy, etc).

Thanks man. I’ve read Lints, so I will probably wait a while for Horton.
