Thanks for the link and the find! I have been trying to get these books on Ebay and they are hard to come by!

eBay used to be a great place to find used books, but now between high prices and crazy shipping costs, it is usually cheaper to get them from one of the Reformed book sellers or Amazon. WHy pay as much or more for a used book when you get the same thing new?

I agree. The only thing good about a used bookstore (thus, my reason for posting Bookfinder) is if you are looking for an out of print book. The prices are so low for even new books that it makes buying used books almost pointless if the book is still in print.

True. One of the great things about the resurgence of interest in Reformed theology is how many old, out of print books are being reprinted. Well, that and the fact that truth is replacing error.

Speaking of which, have you taken a peek at the Founders Blog and checked out Jerry Falwell’s comments?

I just read his comments after reading your post. Sad, but not surprising. Here is the link for those interested.

I am ashamed to say this, but Ergun Caner (formally known as Butch Caner) use to be my pastor about eight years ago. As I began to see things differently (e.g., eldership, doctrines of grace, non-dispensational eschatology) I was cast as a heretic by him. Falwell and Caner are made for each other. Both are atheological and both live for the sensational.

    Thanks for the heads up.
