Phil Gons points out a new commentary series starting 2009 called the New Covenant Commentary Series. See it here. Something else of note are two commentaries written by William Dumbrell on Galatians and John (not part of the new series), which I was not aware of. They seem to be of the same vein as his Romans commentary. Check out his commentaries here.
