This seems to have been pulled from the Knox Seminary site.
Judging by a couple of Study Papers lingering in the Google cache, it’s very interesting. Is there any chance that it is posted somewhere else?
I did see that it was pulled. I haven’t seen it anywhere else. Hopefully, it will re-surface again.
